Information you provide directly
This website does not currently operate a contact form or user account system. If you contact CloudWhiz Solutions by email, we receive the information you include in that message, such as your name, email address, company details, and enquiry. That information is used to respond, understand the requested work, maintain relevant correspondence, and meet applicable operational or legal requirements.
Basic technical records
Like most hosted websites, the hosting environment may process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include an IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs. CloudWhiz does not currently configure advertising trackers or a Google Analytics identifier. Third-party infrastructure providers may process technical data under their own terms when delivering fonts, hosting, or network services.
How information is handled
Information is used only for legitimate business communication, service evaluation, site operation, security, and compliance. It is not sold. It may be shared with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate communications or infrastructure, or when disclosure is required by law. Information should be retained only as long as needed for the relevant purpose, subject to applicable obligations and operational requirements.
